GENERAL SERVICE AGREEMENT
1.1 This contract is the agreement between Guildford Kebab Centre, which provides the services (referred to as services) specified in the services section, and the person / institution (referred to as Customer) as specified in the details of the new customer registration section. The use of the internet site (referred to as "Site") operating on the Internet and the services to be purchased through this site shall be deemed to be signed with the following terms and conditions.
1.2 The parties are obliged to accept and undertake the declaration of the accuracy of the information contained in this contract.
2.1 This contract shall set out the fees that the Parties which are permitted to do and not to do in accordance with the information given in the registration process in the messages sent by the customer in the process of ordering on the site by the customer shall pay Guildford Kebab Centre for their services in accordance with their preferences. These service and transaction disclosures are as follows.
2.2 Membership information is the information entered by the customer during membership. Since this information will be taken as basis for the transactions performed, it is assumed that the customer and the member have entered the information completely and correctly
3.1 Guildford Kebab Centre will provide the services that the customer transmits on request. With the acceptance of the order, Guildford Kebab Centre will assume that it has collected the relevant fee and promise to give the service specified in the order.
3.2 The prices of VAT in the form of payment should be indicated by the total amount to be issued during the order and the fees that the customer must pay according to their monthly or annual payment preferences will be reported by Guildford Kebab Centre. If there is a VAT Include statement below the sales page where the product is sold, the system will complete the order without calculating the VAT.
3.3 Upon acceptance of orders and acceptance of transactions, Guildford Kebab Centre will forward the user names and passwords of the control panel regarding the service which is in the detail of the customer order and the service will be started. Responsibility for the accounts and passwords is the responsibility of the customer and the customer will be responsible for the damages that may arise from these matters.
3.4 The customer undertakes to comply with the declarations and warnings which are received by Guildford Kebab Centre within the service he/she obtains. While using the Customer Guildford Kebab Centre account, any notice issued by Guildford Kebab Centre shall be deemed to be a declaration of compliance. The customer shall not sell the services provided free of charge and unlimited services to third parties, either paid or free of charge and / or limited or unlimited, in the presence of the customer.
3.5 Customer acknowledges and agrees that the tax duties and similar obligations that are in effect during the use of the services the customer receives or that will go into effect during the contract are his or her own.
4.1 The amount to be paid in return for the services specified in this contract is the amount specified during the ordering process. If the VAT is not included in the mentioned charges, it is calculated by including it afterwards and the collection is done by showing the customer.
4.2 Guildford Kebab Centre reserves the right to make changes on prices and tariffs prospectively without prior notice. The customer acknowledges and agrees to accept changes that may occur in advance with regard to these changes to the business.
4.3 Fee repayments are made with the payment channel used during the order phase.
4.4 Guildford Kebab Centre reserves the right to close the relevant service until the customer completes the payment process.
5 Competent court and executive offices.
5.1 This contract shall be accompanied by 6 items and subheadings and shall be signed and read by the parties (It is accepted that the submitting order has been sent to Guildford Kebab Centre on the internet) If Guildford Kebab Centre finds it necessary, it may add new items and / or subtitles The customer acknowledges and agrees that they have already accepted these changes.
5.2 The U.K. Courts and Execution Offices are authorized to settle any disputes that may arise during the application of this contract.
6 Refund and Cancellation policies
6.1 Please note that you do not have a right to cancel any contract for Products under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulation 2013.
6.2 However, you may request that your Order is cancelled or changed after it has been submitted, but this will only be possible before the applicable restaurant has received the Order. This can be done by contacting the Customer Experience Team by telephone using the details set out in contact page. No refund will be permissible if the attempt to cancel is made after the restaurant has received the Order.
6.3 If you cancel or change your Order, your original payment will still be processed. Where you are eligible for a refund, you can obtain this by contacting us (see contact details). We will process refunds within ten (10) working days.
6.4 You have legal rights in relation to Products that are not as described, faulty or otherwise not fit for purpose. If you believe that any Products that you have ordered do not conform with these Terms & Conditions, please contact us to discuss a replacement or refund.
6.5 If, due to unforeseen circumstances, we are unable to fulfil your Order or any of the Products in a particular Order, we will refund the value of the Product(s) that we were unable to fulfil and, if the full Order is cancelled, any delivery charges.
